Message from Inge-Jean Mattson…

Just wanted to let you know that “Keeping the Peace: the future of a northern watershed” has been officially selected for a few film festivals recently. We have been accepted into the Grande Prairie Film Festival (reel shorts) and have been asked to do a short question and answer session there. They will only be screening the first chapter on the Peace, but the full video will be available for sale. As well, we are on the world tour of the Waterwalker Film Festival and just found out the video is an official selection for the Reel Earth Environmental Film Festival in New Zealand. The gala event for this is on May 22-24 and then the world tour begins. For this we were among 25 or so chosen from over 200 films from 35 countries. This should help get the Peace River’s plight a bit more exposure.
